What is Magento?

Magento is a popular open-source e-commerce platform used by businesses to build online stores and manage their online sales. Adobe changed the official naming to "Adobe Commerce" since their ownership of the Magento trademark.

What are Magento extensions/modules?

Basically it is the same thing. We call extensions a set of feature enhancements for the Magento platform. Modules are the individual software packages that can be installed on a Magento store. A Magento extension can consist of one or many modules.

What is your license model?

We sell our licenses on a perpetual licensing model, which means that once you purchase a Magento extension, you have the right to use it indefinitely without any additional payments. You are entitled to use the extension for as long as you want, without any restrictions from our side.

What about updates?

For every purchased license, you get at least 12 months free updates and support included. Optionally you can extend this updates and support period anytime in the future. This way you can get updates exactly when you need them, for example when updating your Magento version together with all extensions you use.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment through PayPal and bank transfer. You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you during the checkout process on our website. When choosing bank transfer, we accept a short notification from you after you have made your payment to activate the download access for you directly.

How do I download the Magento extension after purchase?

After your payment is successfully processed, you log in to your account on our website and download the extension from the "My Downloadable Products" section. Depending on the extension we offer installation with Composer. All license keys, Composer credentials, direct downloads and more will be available in your customer account section on our website.

Can I use the extension on multiple installations?

One license covers one production installation. All development, testing or staging installations are included in the license. It does also not matter how many websites, stores or store views you have within your production installation.

Can I modify the source code?

Our modules code is completely open source without any encryption or obfuscation. Should you need to change anything you are free to do so. Feel free to send us a patch if you think that it might be useful for other users as well.

What happens after my license expires?

Our licenses do not expire. It is only the updates and support period which expires.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to get a refund because you can not use the extension for any reasonable circumstance you can simply send us a message. We understand that the unforeseen may arise, and we strive to provide excellent customer service to address your concerns.
