Depending on the selected configuration settings, the extension largely works automatically, but there are also manual options for processing electronic invoices

Administration area

After the invoice has been created in Magento, you can call up the invoice in the administration area. There you have the option of performing the following actions, depending on the configuration

• Print or output the XML invoice via the "E-Invoice" menu item.
• Print the PDF invoice in ZUGFeRD format (embedded XML within the PDF) via the normal "Print" menu item.
• Emailing the PDF invoice in ZUGFeRD format via the "Send Email" menu item. If configured, the XML invoice is also attached to the email.

In the customer account

The customer has the option of downloading the XML invoice or all XML invoices (if there are several) for an order via the customer account. If there are several invoices for an order, a ZIP file containing all XML invoices is downloaded
