VAT Field behaves unexpected at Checkout

If there is something wrong with the VAT number input field at Checkout, make sure that any custom adjustments of the Checkout do load after our changes.

This is especially the case when you have a Plugin for Magento\Checkout\Block\Checkout\LayoutProcessor. Make sure it has a sortOrder greater than 100.
